摘要:研究了四种高温煤气脱氯剂在固定床反应器中与HCl气体的反应 ,在 550℃温度下 ,所有被测试的脱氯剂都具有较好的脱氯性能 ,在反应开始的一段时间内都能使混合气体中的HCl从 1× 10 - 3降低到 1× 10 - 6 以下。在相同的反应条件下 ,CT1脱氯剂具有最高的穿透时间、穿透氯容量和饱和氯容量。在 30 0~ 70 0℃之间 ,温度越高 ,CT1脱氯剂吸收氯容量越高。同时研究了脱氯剂与高温煤气中HCl气体的反应动力学 ,得出在
Four sorbents for chloride removal from high temperature coal gas were tested. These experimental results show that all the tested sorbents can react rapidly with HCl vapor at 550℃, and reduce the HCl vapor concentration from about 1×10 -3 to 1×10 -6 . The CT1 sorbent prepared presents the highest chloride capacity. The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity and inlet HCl concentration on chemical reactivity of CT1 sorbent were studied in a fixed bed reactor. It is found that reaction between sorbent and HCl vapor is governed by combination of the chemical reaction and product layer diffusion. The effects of reaction temperature on reactivity of sorbent was studied in a fixed bed reactor.
