摘要：本文论述了民营风险投资的环境 ,剖析了民营风险投资在我国发展缓慢的内外部原因 ,从而提出了部分相应改进的措施。这对我国在加入WTO后 ,充分发挥民营风险投资 ,促进科技成果转化具有指导意义 。
This paper studies the environment of venture investment of private companies in China, and analyses the causes of slowing down the development of venture investment.After that,some advises have been offered to encourage more and more private companies to take part in venture investment. It is helpful to direct private companies to join high technology projects,and to make the corresponding polices by the government.
