摘要:本研究首先利用实验室小试A^(2)O-MBR一体化装置考察了其在HRT为24 h时处理BOD_(5)、NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度分别为~300、~100 mg/L的模拟商场污水的效果,稳定后出水BOD_(5)、NH_(4)^(+)-N平均浓度分别为5.07、4.26 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到了98.27%、95.56%。通过比较发现在相同运行条件下聚偏氟乙烯平板膜(FS-PVDF)的使用寿命最长。滤饼层阻力和浓差极化作用引起的过滤阻力分别是影响平板膜和中空纤维膜过滤能力的主要阻力类型。选择FS-PVDF进一步搭建中试规模A^(2)O-MBR一体化装置,在HRT为48 h时处理BOD_(5)、NH_(4)^(+)-N分别为200~400、60~100 mg/L的上海某商场污水,稳定后出水BOD_(5)、NH_(4)^(+)-N平均浓度分别为7.14、0.25 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到了97.66%、99.51%。在监测时间内,膜压始终保持在0.001 MPa左右。微生物群落分析发现,Dependentiae和包括Chloroflexi在内的丝状菌在膜表面积累可能是造成小试/中试中膜污染的主要原因。
The performance of the lab-scale A^(2)O-MBR integrated membrane reactor was investigated primarily at an HRT of 24 h,and the concentrations of influent BOD_(5),NH_(4)^(+)-N were~300 and~100 mg/L,respectively.The average effluent concentrations were 5.07 and 4.26 mg/L with the corresponding average removal rates of 98.27%and 95.56%respectively.By comparison,it was found that FS-PVDF has the longest service life under the same operating condition.The cake layer resistance and the filtration resistance caused by the effect of concentration polarization was the main type of resistance affecting the filtration capacity of flat-sheet membranes and hollow fiber membranes respectively.The polyvinylidene fluoride flat-sheet membrane was selected to build a pilot-scale A^(2)O-MBR integrated membrane bioreactor.Under an HRT of 48 h,the treatment of mall wastewater in Shanghai whose influent BOD_(5),NH_(4)^(+)-N concentrations of 200~400 and 60~100 mg/L respectively,provided from a mall in Shanghai.The average concentration of effluent was 7.14 and 0.25 mg/L respectively with the average removal rates reaching 97.66%and 99.51%,respectively.The trans-membrane pressure was maintained at about 0.001 MPa during the monitoring time.The microbial community analysis indicated that the accumulation of Dependentiae and filamentous bacteria including Chloroflexi on membrane surface might be the main cause of membrane fouling in lab/pilot-scale reactors.
