摘要：人才匮乏是乡村振兴的瓶颈,打破人才瓶颈的关键在于以农业职业认同激活农民身份认同。目前乡村就业市场凋敝,劳动力流出多、流入少。劳动力排斥农业的根源在于农业劳动不体面,不体面的劳动带来不体面的生活,彰显不体面的身份,带来“三农”认同危机,乡村振兴主体缺位。因此,基于劳动在社会生活中的基础性地位和农民职业认同与身份认同的双重属性,采取综合措施促进农业劳动体面化,进而提升对乡村生活和农民身份的认同是培育乡村振兴主体的可行路径,也是以人为本的乡村振兴战略应有之义。
Lack of talent is the bottleneck of rural vitalization. The key to breaking the talent bottleneck is to activate the farmers’ status identity with the agricultural career identity. At present,the rural employment market is depressed,with more labor outflows and less inflows. Young labors dislike agriculturework for not decent. Indecent work brings an indecent life and demonstrates a indecent identity. As the result,farmers encounter identity crisis,rural vitalization strategy lack of mover. Therefore,based on the basic status of labor in life and the dual attributes of farmers’ professional identity and status identity,taking comprehensive measures to promote the decentralization of agricultural work,and thus enhancing the recognition of rural life and farmers’ identity is a feasible path to activate the main actor to vitalizate countryside. It is also the righteousness of the people-oriented rural vitalization strategy.
