摘要:采用计算流体力学模拟的方法对枝形分布器的气体或液体分布效果进行了研究。分别对两种结构的枝形分布器进行了考察,其一是通道未作处理的原始枝形分布器,另一种是在原始结构基础上将流动转向处以及出口处做平滑处理获得新型枝形分布器。结果表明,气体分布性能均好于液体均布性能,压降主要来自于进、出口处,尤其是平滑枝形分布器出口处的渐缩结构形成了较高的阻力损失。总体上,平滑枝形分布器其流体均布性能更好,但压降略有升高。
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was employed to investigate the gas and liquid distribution performance of the arborescent distributors. Two different structures were studied. One was the original arborescent structure without any modifications, the other was a novel arborescent structure with smoothed junctions. It was found that the uniformity of gas distribution was better than that of liquid distribution for both distributors. The flow resistance was mainly caused by both inlet and outlet structures of the distributor. A larger pressure drop can be observed in the vicinity of the outlets of the smoothed distributor due to its reduced channel diameter. Overall, the smoothed distributor has better uniformity than the original one for both gas and liquid distribution. However, the pressure drop of the former is slightly higher than the latter.
