摘要:以V型填料密封为研究对象,对其填料装填压紧过程进行力学分析,运用弹性力学的有关理论,在考虑摩擦力、压紧力和内外接触过盈量的前提下,建立了填料装填过程的受力和变形的计算模型。运用所建立的填料密封力学计算模型,针对一个具体的V型填料密封进行了计算研究,在几种不同的工况下,计算得到了装填过程压紧力和内外过盈量大小对轴向位移和内外接触面上的应力分布规律的影响曲线,并对这些曲线进行了分析说明。
This paper takes V-seal packing ring as research object and makes mechanical analysis on its installing compression process. By using the related theories of elastic mechanics, a calculation model for stress and deformation is forwarded in installing compression process with considering friction, pressing force and contact interference. A specific V-seal ring under different operating conditions is calculated and analyzed using the established calculation model. Detail researches on the influences of axial pressure and interference of the seal ring on its axial displacement and stress on inner and outer contact surface are carried out. A series of curves are obtained and explained.
