摘要:针对深腔内壁曲面的加工轮廓度误差检测缺乏高效准确的检测方法现状,搭建了一种快捷有效的在线接触式快速测量系统。以某型航空发动机机匣内流道的检测为例,开展了对机匣内流道样件取点的验证试验。结果表明,该系统测量误差为0.094mm,测量不确定度达到0.0342mm,检测效率相较于人工操作提升了1.3倍。该系统解决了易干涉非回转类深腔复杂曲面加工轮廓度误差的在线快速检测问题,并为类似的深腔内壁表面轮廓误差的快速检测提供了参考。
In view of the current situation that there is no efficient and accurate inspection method to detect the machining contour error of deep cavity inner wall surface,this paper builds a fast and effective online contact measurement system.The verification experiments on the sample points of the internal runner of an aero-engine magazine are carried out as an example.The results show that the measurement error of the system is 0.094 mm,the measurement uncertainty reaches 0.0342 mm,the inspection efficiency is improved by 1.3 times compared with manual operation.The inspection system solves the problem of online rapid inspection of the contour degree error of complex surface machining of non-rotating class of deep cavities prone to interference,and provides guidance for the rapid inspection of the contour degree error of similar deep cavity inner wall surfaces.
