摘要:NOVELTY - Chloroaromatic hydrocarbon series catalyst, comprises rare earth oxide and transitional metals (0.1-30 wt.% oxide) with variable valence, e.g. copper, iron, vanadium, manganese, molybdenum, cobalt or tungsten. USE - Chloroaromatic hydrocarbon series catalyst for low temperature catalyzed burning and removing of volatile chloroaromatic hydrocarbon series compound in industrial waste gas, waste object and waste water, particularly volatile pollutant having chloroaromatic hydrocarbon series compound in industrial waste gas. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high catalyzing activity, no generation of by product, no secondary pollution, strong chromium toxication capability, and long catalyst life-time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the catalyst comprising: (A) mixing and dissolving rare earth nitrate and transitional metal precursor in deionized water; (B) placing solution in 50degrees C constant temperature water bath slot and stirring for 0.5 hour; (C) dripping oxalic acid solution with flowing speed; stirring during whole process; (D) stirring for 2-4 hours at 50degrees C after it is completely deposited; (E) stewing; (F) pumping-filtering; (G) cleansing twice with deionized water; (H) adding absolute ethanol for pumping-filtering; (I) drying at 100degrees C in drying oven; and (J) moving in instant boiling furnace and roasting for 5 hours at 550degrees C to prepare the rare earth oxide catalyst doped with variable valence transitional metal element.
