摘要：NOVELTY - Extraction of plant active ingredient involves cleaning, pretreating, mixing deionized water, extracting by using C-clamp, pouring homogenized mixture in tank body and sealing; stirring, starting circulating water bath, controlling temperature, setting speed and stirring for 2-8 minutes; opening ultrasonic generator and setting ultrasonic power; stirring for 15-30 minutes, opening inlet, adding 1/8-2/8 petroleum ether and closing inlet; and stirring for 10-20 minutes, stopping stirrer and ultrasonic generator and discharging lower layer; and concentrating. USE - Method for extracting plant active ingredient (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is short, has high yield and low energy consumption, and maintains medicine property of Chinese herbal medicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extraction of plant active ingredient comprises: (A) cleaning, pretreating to less than or equal to 6 mm, mixing deionized water, where mass ratio of material to water is 1:3-1:10, extracting by using C-clamp, pouring homogenized mixture in tank body and sealing; (B) stirring at 50-250 revolutions per minute (rpm), starting circulating water bath, controlling at 0-60 degrees C, turning rotary blade for 1-5 minutes, setting speed to 50-500 rpm and stirring for 2-8 minutes; (C) opening ultrasonic generator, and setting ultrasonic power; (D) stirring for 15-30 minutes, opening inlet, adding 1/8-2/8 petroleum ether and closing inlet; (E) stirring for 10-20 minutes, stopping stirrer and ultrasonic generator, where upper layer is petroleum ether and discharging lower layer; and (F) concentrating by distillation to obtain active ingredient of 14-18C saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.
