摘要:针对某千万吨级炼油厂常减压装置常压分馏塔顶(常顶)循环油系统结盐腐蚀的问题,采用了一种适用于常顶循系统的在线除盐防腐新技术。该技术采用微相分散-顺流萃取-油水深度分离的组合脱盐脱酸方法,通过注水洗脱油品中腐蚀性介质并完成分离。运行标定结果表明,该成套技术能有效脱除塔顶循环油中的盐类及酸性腐蚀性介质,顶循油中盐质量浓度及酸度分别降低至1 mg Na Cl/L,20 mg KOH/L以内;长期运行情况下,能将分馏塔塔顶腐蚀速率控制在0.2 mm/a以内,对常减压装置长周期、安全、经济运行有着重要的意义。在工艺优化过程中对常顶循环油中的颗粒杂质进行了能谱分析和粒径分析,对于工业应用过滤器的选型具有指导意义。
To solve the problems of salt deposition and corrosion in the overhead recycle oil system of atmospheric tower of crude distillation unit,a new technology for on-line desalting and deacidification has been developed and commercially applied in a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a 10 MM TPY refinery.This technology utilizes micro-phase dispersion-downstream extraction-oil-water separation process to remove the corrosive media in the oil and complete the separation by introduction of water.The test run results show that the package technology could effectively remove the salt and sour corrosive media in the overhead circulating oil,the salt content and acidity of the overhead circulating oil are reduced to 1 mgNaCl/L and 20 mgKOH/L respectively.In the long run,the corrosion rate of the overhead circulation system of atmospheric tower can be controlled within 0.2 mm/yr,which is of great significance to the long-term,safe and economic operation of the unit.In the process of optimization,the particle impurities in the circulating oil of the atmospheric tower are analyzed by energy spectrum and particle size analysis,which has a guiding significance for the selection of filters for commercial application.
