摘要：NOVELTY - Optimizing and amplifying fermentation process using biological reactor, involves (a) measuring physiological metabolism parameters and correlate characteristics, or their combination in the fermentation process using the biological reactor, and (b) comparing the physiological metabolism parameters and the correlate characteristics of the metabolism parameters measured in step (a) with the predetermined value, selecting biological reactor mostly proximate to the predetermined value, and determining the biological reactor to-be-optimized and amplified. USE - The method is useful for optimizing and amplifying fermentation process using biological reactor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for optimizing and amplifying fermentation process using biological reactor, involves (a) measuring physiological metabolism parameters and correlate characteristics, or their combination in the fermentation process using the biological reactor, where the physiological metabolism parameters are chosen from dissolved oxygen, oxygen uptake rate, pH, carbon dioxide evolution rate, respiratory quotient, quantity of live cells or cell morphology, or measured metabolic products, substrate consumption, or combinations of the measured metabolic products and substrate consumption, and (b) comparing the physiological metabolism parameters and the correlate characteristics of the metabolism parameters measured in step (a) with the physiological metabolism parameters and the correlate characteristics of the predetermined value selecting biological reactor mostly proximate to the predetermined value, and determining the biological reactor to-be-optimized and amplified. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for bioreactor device.
