摘要:本文研究了四元系CuI-Cu_2O-MoO_3-P_2O_5快Cu^+离子玻璃的性质。包括玻璃形成范围、离子输运、热稳定性、离子电导率以及取代量(MoO_3)和掺杂盐(CuI)的影响。实验指出,用MoO_3取代P_2O_5的办法可以得到性能优良的玻璃导体。
Some properties of the quarternary system CuI-Cu_2O-MoO_3-P_2O_5 glass have been studied such as the glass formation region,ion transport,thermal stability,conductivity and the effects of the substitute material(MoO_3) and dopant salts(CuI).The experiments show that fast ion glass in excellent quality may be ob-tained with substitution of MoO_3 for P_2O_5.
