摘要：参照国际劳工组织的相关标准,从劳动、收入、工作、技能、代表权五方面对上海高校教师体面劳动情况进行了问卷调查和深度访谈。结果表明,上海高校教师体面劳动状况不容乐观,除工作保障状况尚可外,其他四方面状况均不理想。高校和相关政府部门需在减轻高校教师工作压力,增强收入竞争性和公平性,加大培训力度与针对性以及提高教师决策参与度等方面采取相关改进措施。
Take Shanghai for example, this paper investigated the current state of university teachers＇ decent work from the perspective of work security, income security, job security, skill security and representative security by questionnaire survey and individual interview based on the ILO relevant standards. The results show that except for job security, other four dimensions are all not so satisfied and the current situation of Shanghai university teachers＇ decent work is not going well. Universities and relevant government departments should make effort to improve university teachers＇ work stress, income competitiveness and fairness, training strength and relevance as well as the degree of decision participation.
