摘要:在压痕标定法中,实验所得应变量应避免局部接触区域塑性变形的影响,因此利用理论分析方法和有限元分析的方法研究在局部载荷下影响弹塑性边界位置的各种因素。结果表明:在弹塑性变形过程中,弹塑性边界大小与压痕大小、载荷、试件材料特性等内在的关系可由数学公式来描述;弹塑性边界大小与试件内应力之间的关系可由有限元分析得到的曲线来描述。
In this paper,the influence factors of elastaplastic boundary, area under the local forces are studied by means of the theoretical analysis and finite element method,in order to avoid the plastic deformation affecting the testing data in the indentation demarcating method. The result shows that the elastoplactic boundary area is related to indented diameter, magnitude of local force, and the material properties of the testing component. Their relationship is expressed by the formula. And the relationship between the elastoplastie boundary area and the residual stress exists on testing component is described by the graphics based on finite element method.
