摘要:六方氮化硼纳米片(h-BNNSs)因其优越的导热性能而倍受大众关注。六方氮化硼纳米片的大规模剥离和高质量制备方法一直是近年来研究的热点和难点,更是制约其走向应用的关键。基于此,综述了近期先进的六方氮化硼纳米片的剥离技术和制备方法,同时分析比较不同方法的技术特点和不足,综合近年研究进展得到了六方氮化硼纳米片剥离和制备的清洁高效的方法,提出了大规模工业制备的可行性方案。
Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet(h-BNNSs)has attracted much attention due to excellent thermal conductivity.The large-scale exfoliation and high-quality preparation of h-BNNSs have been the popular issue causing great difficulties,and have become the key technologies that restrict its application.The methods of these issues were reviewed.Meanwhile the pros and cons of different methods were analyzed and compared.Based on the trend and development,a few efficient and environmental-friendly as well as large-scale preparation approaches have been proposed.
