摘要:NOVELTY - Injectable temperature sensitive physical hydrogel comprises polyethylene glycol as hydrophilic block (B), polycaprolactone as hydrophobic block (A) and polymer composition with functional side group as a main body, which is formed by physical crosslinking and aqueous phase crosslinking forming crosslinking network, where the aqueous phase is distilled water, phosphate buffered saline (PBS) buffer liquid, human body fluid or an medicine aqueous solution. USE - The hydrogel and the block copolymer are useful in a drug release control system, cell embedding material, tissue repairing material or tissue engineering material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: can be prepared into an injection; is biodegradable; and has good biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a block copolymer with side functional group, comprising 15-50% polyethylene glycol as hydrophilic block (B), 50-85% polycaprolactone as hydrophobic block (A), where the hydrophobic block (A) comprises 70-99% eta -caprolactone having no functional side groups and 1-30% eta -caprolactone having functional side groups and the polymer composition has a relative molecular weight of 2650-12900. The hydrophilic block (B) is polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 800-6000.
