摘要：随着城市化进程的加快,国有土地房屋征收规模日益增大,这必定会对被征收人的生活产生巨大的影响。然而,目前的相关学术研究和实践工作大都集中于征收纠纷的性质、法律调整、对相关法规的解读、补偿标准确定和私有产权保护等方面,而忽视了安置。本文将满意度分析理论引入对房屋征收工作的评价,以A市为举办某大型公益活动而展开的房屋征收动迁工作为例进行问卷调查,结合政策执行、安置房屋质量、新居住环境、补偿费用、居民抱怨等因素综合评判被征收人对房屋征收服务的满意程度以及抱怨行为与满意程度的关系。本文可为做好国有土地房屋征收工作的后续服务以及未来类似工作的顺利开展提供参考。
This paper introduces the satisfaction theory to the assessment of house expropriation on state-owned land.A survey of individuals on house expropriation for a large public interest activity in A city is to be carried out.It assesses the satisfaction degree of house expropriation from many aspects,including policy implementation,resettlement building quality,new residential environment,compensation fee,and resident＇s complaint.Meanwhile,it analyses the relation of satisfaction to complaint.Above works can be a reference for further house expropriation on state-owned land and its follow-up services.
