摘要:以CO加氢、CO2加氢合成甲醇和甲醇脱水生成二甲醚反应为关键反应,CO、CO2和二甲醚为关键组分,建立了管壳型二甲醚合成反应器的二维数学模型,用二维正交配置法求得催化床内各组分浓度和床层温度随轴向和径向分布,模拟计算了反应器的操作性能.结果表明:操作压力、入塔气量对催化床轴向温度分布有较大影响,反应进口温度对反应影响不大,径向温度差基本在2~4℃,径向浓度差一般不超过0.1%.
Two-dimensional mathematical model of tube-shell type dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis reactor was established, with taking hydrogenation of CO,CO2 and dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether as the independent reactions and taking CO,CO2 and DME as key components. The concentrations and temperature profiles in axial and radial direction inside the reaction tube were obtained by two-dimensional orthogonal collocation method. Operation conditions of the reactor were simulated. The results show that the temperature profiles in axial direction tube are much influenced by pressure and inlet gas flow and reaction is little influenced by inlet temperature. At last, the radial temperature difference is about 2-4 ℃ and radial concentration difference is less than 0. 1%.
