摘要：NOVELTY - Extracting cefaclor from cefaclor naphthol compound comprises washing cefaclor naphthol compound with water, using organic solvent to extract the impurities in water phase, and collecting the water phase; adjusting the pH of the water phase to 1-2 and using macroporous absorption resin to absorb; and using low carbon organic solvent-water liquid mixture as mobile phase to elute cefaclor and collecting eluent. USE - Method of extracting cefaclor (claimed) for use as merchant bulk drug. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains cefaclor with high purity and satisfies pharmaceutical standards.
