摘要:For solving the problem that global modeling method is difficult to perfectly describe complex industrial process, the paper propose two methods to construct multi-model, namely fuzzy wavelet support vector machines (FWSVM) and fuzzy least squares wavelet support vector machines (FLSWSVM). For achieving better performance, the PSO algorithm with constriction factor is used to select the parameters. Finally, to illustrate the validity of the proposed methods, they are applied to model jet fuel endpoint of hydrocracking process. The results demonstrate that the proposed methods not only provide satisfactory approximation and generalization properties, but also achieve superior performances to some other models, such as standard SVM.
