摘要:本文以提供搅拌槽中气泡大小分布的测定方法为目的,对用光电毛细管探头法测量气泡大小分布过程中存在的关键问题:如何由毛细管内光电检测处的气泡长度正确地反映出搅拌槽中取样微元内的气泡大小分布,提出了较为合适的解决方法,具体包括:(1)保证进入取样微元内的大小气泡全被抽进毛细管;(2)避免气泡在毛细管的喇叭口内合并;(3)准确计算毛细管内轴向流体压力分布和气泡周围的液膜厚度。
In this paper, emphasis has been put on solving problems in sampling process of photo-electric capillary probe technique for measuring the local bubble size distribution in an aerated stirred vessel. The effect of bubble flow and coalescence characteristics at the probe tip on sampling accurancy was described and the axial distribution of fluid pressure inside the capillary tube was calculated. As a result, simple sampling methods which can ensure measuremeut accuracy have been put forward.
