摘要:系统研究了含有一价碱金属卤化物的Ga2S3-GeS2-KCl系统玻璃的制备与形成区,某些典型玻璃的光学和物理化学性质。结果表明:玻璃的透过范围为0.42~11.5μm,转变温度可达260~300℃,玻璃的密度为2.650~2.870g/cm3,膨胀系数为100×10-7~180×10-7°C-1,显微硬度为1600~1900N/mm2,玻璃具有较好的耐水性。玻璃的电导率在23℃时为10-10~10-11S/cm;270℃时为10-5~10-8S/cm。还从结构上讨论了性质变化的规律。
Besides the application for optical materials transmitting in midfarinfrared region, chalcohalide glasses have recently received more and more attention in their uses as nonlinear photonic materials because they share high thirdorder nonlinear polarizability. For this purpose, glass forming region of new Ga2S3GeS2KCl system was studied and a series of this ternary system glasses was obtained. Binary system glasses may be formed by combining GeS2 with Ga2S3, the Ga2S3 content is 0.10. Binary GeS2KCl system do not form vitreous state. The contents in Ga2S3 and KCl for ternary system glasses exceed 0.30 respectively. Some typical glasses were selected to study their optical, electronic, physical and chemical properties. The shortwave absorption edge was found to shift from 480 nm to wards the shorter wavelength (410 nm) by KCl doping while the multiphonon absorption of glasses is about 11.5 μm. About 60%~80% transmittance of glasses (thinckness: 4 mm) was observed within 0.5~10 μm. The conductivity of glasses is 10-10~10-11 S/cm at 23℃ or 10-5~10-8 S/cm at 270℃. The transition temperature of the glasses range from 260 to 300℃. The density and microhardness of the glasses are 2.659~2.870 g/cm3 and 1 600~1 900 N/mm2 respectively. The chemical stability of glasses in distilled water were demonstrated satisfied.
