摘要：建立了用旋光度法和紫外分光光度法分析测定S 苯基 L 半胱氨酸的方法。研究表明 ,旋光度法适用于提纯后的产品中S 苯基 L 半胱氨酸含量的测定 ,而紫外分光光度法适用于初始产品中S 苯基 L
A method for determination of S phenyl l cysteine in products by rotational analysis and UV spectrometry was developed.The results indicated that the rotational analysis was suitable for determining S phenyl L cysteine in purified products,whereas the UV spectrometry was suitable for determining S phenyl L cysteine in crude products.
