摘要:利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件模拟计算了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置溶剂脱水共沸精馏塔,液相采用UNIQUAC模型计算活度系数,气相采用Hayden-O'Connell模型计算逸度系数,模拟结果与实际工况符合较好。在此基础上将其转化为基于Aspen Dynamic的动态模型。利用三元相图分析醋酸-水-醋酸正丁酯(HAc-H2O-NBA)三元体系中进料组分含量变化对溶剂脱水塔操作条件的影响,提出单塔板温度控制和双塔板温度控制两种方案。仿真研究进料组成变化对两种控制方案相关操作变量的动态响应情况,从中挑选出一种较优的控制方案,指导实际生产操作。
The solvent dehydration operation in azeotropic rectification tower of pure terephthalic acid (PTA) unit was simulated using Aspen Plus software where the activity coefficients in liquid phase were calculated by UNIQUAC model and the fugacity coefficients by Hayden-O'Connell one. The simulation results were consistent with the field data. Based on the simulation, a dynamic model using Aspen Dynamic was thus obtained. The influence of change in feed components on the solvent dehydtration operation was analyzed using HAc-H20-NBA ternary phase diagram. Two controlling strategies (single-and bi-plate temperature controlling) for this column system were proposed to hold both bottom and top product specifications in spite of feed composition disturbances. The system dynamic responses of the two strategies to the change in feed components were tested by the dynamic simulation based on Aspen Dynamics. The better strategy was chosen to guid the industrial operation.
