摘要：大学生职业规划教育是解决大学生就业难的有效实施途径,在目前具有重要意义,根据大学生职业规划过程中存在的不利因素,认为完善组织管理体系、构建教师指导体系、设计菜单服务体系、建立评价与反馈体系等措施是深入推进高校大学生职业规划教育的有效途径。
Occupational planning education is of great significance as an effective way to solve the employment problems of university students. Based on the unfavorable factors in the student professional occupational planning, the measures are put forward as follows： imprnving organizational and administration system, setting up teacher guidance, designing a menu service system, establishing an assessment and feedback scheme, etc. All these are the effective ways to advance the profession planning education in depth for university students.
