摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing polybenzoazole -based thermosetting resin composite material, comprises, (a) reacting 4,6-diaminoresorcinol and terephthaloyl chloride to obtain a polybenzoazole prepolymer, reacting obtained prepolymer with a flexible polymer at 100-300?Oc, dehydrating and cyclizing to obtain polybenzoazole-flexible polymer block copolymer, and (b) mixing and dispersing 0.1-10% obtained copolymer with thermosetting resin powder, then heating and curing to obtain final product. USE - The composite material is useful in preparing large structures. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process; does not requires solvent for mixing process; and produces the composite material, which has uniform dispersibility and average transverse dimension of 10-50 nm, and can reach the dispersion level of the molecular beam.
