摘要：NOVELTY - Separating and purifying 9-nitrocamptothecin includes nitrifying the camptothecin with concentrated sulfuric acid or nitric acid, adsorbing the acid liquid containing coarse product on macroreticular resin, desorbing to obtain coarse product, chromatography by silicon gel column, eluting with n-hexane and/or ethyl acetate, rotation evaporating to recover solvent and vacuum drying. Its purity is 99.5-99.9%.
