摘要：本文兼顾考虑全球粮食生产集中化的“效率性”与“安全性”视域,从理论和实证层面系统解析其对粮食系统可持续性的影响。研究发现:全球粮食生产集中化对粮食系统可持续性存在显著负面影响;国家粮食生产适应性以及出口贸易水平越高,越有利于提升其粮食系统可持续性,而对于粮食进口贸易规模较大的国家,则会恶化其粮食系统可持续性发展条件;全球粮食生产集中化以及粮食贸易一定程度上有利于改善粮食生产效率、环境效率以及供应安全,但会对国家社会安全产生显著负面影响;粮食进口贸易有利于改善农业资源禀赋不足国家的粮食系统可持续性,但对于农业资源禀赋较高的国家而言并不友好。上述结论为世界各国合理安排粮食生产篮子与粮食贸易、实现粮食系统可持续性发展提供理论和事实参考依据。
This paper takes into account the "efficiency" and "security" perspectives of global food production concentration, and systematically analyzes its impact on the food systems sustainability from the theoretical and empirical levels. The results show that the concentration of global food production has a significant negative impact on the food systems sustainability.The higher of national food production fitness and export trade is, the more conducive it is to improve the food systems sustainability. However, for countries with large scale of national food import trade, it will worsen the conditions for sustainable development of food systems. The global food production concentration and food trade are beneficial to improve food production efficiency, environmental efficiency and food supply security to some extent, but have a significant negative impact on national social security. Food import trade is beneficial to improve the food systems sustainability in countries with insufficient agricultural resource endowments, but it is not friendly to countries with high agricultural resource endowments. The above conclusions provide theoretical and factual references for countries in the world to rationally arrange food production baskets and food trade, and then to achieve the goal of sustainable food systems.
