摘要:以邻二甲苯氧化制苯酐为工作反应,建立带有轴向导热的一维拟均相模型,采用迭代法进行模拟计算。结果表明,增大床层有效导热系数,床层热点温度下降,热点位置提前,因此可以提高反应器的进料浓度。单管实验证实了模型的预测。
Oxidation of oxylene has been taken as a reaction system in this paper. The iteration method is used for the simulation of this reaction with a onedimensional axial dispersion model. The results indicate that increasing effective axial thermal conductivity will reduce the hotspot temperature and ascend its location. Therefore it can raise feed concentration. The experiemental results prove it.
