摘要:着重研究了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯轻质热塑性片材(LWRT)热成型制备汽车衬顶的工艺因素中预热温度和时间、模具温度、保压及冷却、封面材料的选用等对制品结晶度、表面质量、力学性能和隔热吸声性能的影响;并对其内在原因进行了探讨。结果表明,利用该热成型工艺条件制得的材料,其热导率明显低于GMT材料的热导率,具有更好的隔热性能。
The thermoforming process of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene thermoplastic light weight sheet (LWRT) , which acted as the headliner of cars, was studied. The technical factors affecting the properties of the products involved preheating temperature and time, the mold temperature, pressure holding and cooling, the cover stock selecting. The properties of the products included the crystallinity, the quality of surface, and the mechanical property, the acoustical and insnlation performance. The effect mechanisms were discussed, and the appropriate process parameters were decided. The result showed, the thermal conductivity of the material preprared by this thermoforming method was lower than that of GMT material, and had better insulation effect.
