摘要：作为国家与社会间关系研究的西方理论范式,如法团主义,在解释中国特定社会现象时存在不同程度的局限。本文试图淡化国家与社会之间的二元性结构关系,从"嵌入性"的两个面向(本体论嵌入和方法论嵌入)建构了"双重嵌入"的分析框架,以重构基层治理实践中政社互动的宏观逻辑;并将社区纳入国家与社会关系分析架构之中,以探究政社互动的微观机制。研究表明,在社会组织与不同地方权力主体的合作治理过程中,形成了从"嵌入"、"反嵌"到"双重嵌入"的机制演变,主导这种机制变迁的根本动因在于:不同主体共同遵循了"社区嵌入社会"的内在逻辑。通过对社区本质的追寻,地方政府与基层社会的关系得以重构。
Civil society and corporatism are the two dominant paradigms in analyzing the state-society relationship,but neither of them is able to fully interpret the social phenomena in China. On the one hand,in the theoretical aspect,this article intends to dilute the dual structure of state and society,through constructing a framework of 'dual embeddedness'( both ontological and methodological),and to rebuild the macro logic of community governance in the interaction of local government and grass-root organizations. On the other hand,in the practical aspect,this research incorporates 'community'into the analytical framework of state-society,and explores the micro mechanisms in practices. The study reveals that the state-society interaction mechanism has changed from a format of 'embeddedness ','de-embeddedness'into 'dual embeddedness'in the process of the cooperation between grass-toot organizations and local government. The fundamental driving force of this transformation is the consensus of all the actors on the intrinsic logic of 'community embedded into society '. Furthermore,the relationship between local government and grass-root organizations could be reshaped in the process of community building.
