摘要:在分析流程工业基本特点的基础上 ,探讨了MES系统在CIMS三层体系结构中的定位 ,提出了面向流程工业的MES的功能构成 ,并明确了其关键技术。指出 :面向流程工业的MES应具有生产调度、工艺与操作管理等 8个功能模块 ,而其关键技术涉及MES的处延与内函的界定。
On the basis of analysis on basic features of process industry, the positioning of MES system in three layer CIMS architecture is investigated. The functional composition of the MES facing process industry is stated. Also the critical technology is illustrated. The paper states that the MES of process industry shall offer eight functional modules, including production scheduling, technique and operation management etc. Its critical technologies include three areas, i.e., boundary of extension and intension; technique data management as well as the production scheduling system based on hybrid supporting environment of process emulation and expert system.
