摘要:采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混法制备了极性化 SBS(PSBS)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混热塑性弹性体,研究了 PS、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量等因素对 PSBS/PS 热塑性弹性体的加工流动性能、力学性能、界面相容性及微观形态等的影响。结果表明,加入 PS 可明显改善 PSBS 的熔融加工流动性能和力学性能。PS 含量越高,PSBS/PS 共混热塑性弹性体材料的力学性能越好,但 PS 含量不能超过50%(质量分数,下同),否则会因连续相倒置导致共混材料失去弹性体性能。加入适量 DCP 可引发共混体系中 PS 分子链及 PSBS 中的"S"嵌段、"B"嵌段之间的共交联及适度自交联,并形成相对较小的交联体颗粒尺寸,使 PSBS/PS 共混热塑性弹性体材料力学性能进一步提高。
PSBS/PS thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by melting extrusion on a twin-screw extruder. The effect of PS and DCP contents on the processing flowability, mechanical properties, interracial compatibility and micro-morphology of PSBS/PS thermoplastic elastomer were studied. The results showed the processing flowability and mechanical properties were improved significantly with the addition of PS. However, the PS content had to be limited below 50 wt %, otherwise the phase inversion would occur and the materials would lose their properties of thermoplastic elastomers. DCP may initiate co-crosslinking and moderate self-crosslinking of S and B chains, resulting in improvement in mechanical properties.
