摘要：NOVELTY - Smart laminated board comprises fiber cloth layer, piezoelectric ceramic units and resin sealing layer. The piezoelectric ceramic units are embedded in the fiber cloth. The resin sealing layer is surrounded the fiber cloth layer. The lead of the piezoelectric ceramic unit is extended out of the resin sealing layer. USE - Used as smart laminated board. ADVANTAGE - The smart laminated board: has real-time damage sensing and warning function; can inspire high signal to noise ratio signals; solves the composite structure of the actual online monitoring conditions; is easy to break; and stimulates low signal to noise ratio problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the smart laminated board, comprising (i) laying the fiber cloth in pre-designed form of laying on the mold, to obtain fiber cloth layer, placing the piezoelectric ceramic unit with the positive and negative leads in the fiber cloth layer to obtain system, (ii) de-molding, laying the diversion net and the diversion pipe are on the surface of the fiber cloth, and sealing the system with vacuum bag in combination with sealant, (iii) mixing the epoxy resin, solidifying agent and accelerating agent, uniformly stirring to obtain sealing liquid, using the pressure difference within the system for drawing the sealing liquid into the system, and curing to obtain resin sealing layer, and (iv) de-molding to obtain smart laminated board with real-time damage sensing and warning function.
