摘要:以临安活性白土为载体,研究负载AlCl3的改性颗粒白土对脱除工业芳烃中微量烯烃的活性,对颗粒白土的制备条件及负载前后颗粒白土的脱除活性进行比较,并利用XRD,TG-DTA,BET,FT-IR等技术对颗粒白土的结构和表面酸性进行表征的结果证明AlCl3的负载量和焙烧温度对颗粒白土的结构和活性有显著影响,经过改性可以提高白土使用寿命。
In this study,using the activated clay from Lin'an as the support,the clay-supported zinc chloride catalyst was prepared for the removal of olefins in aromatic hydrocarbons.The effect of preparation conditions on the performance of the catalyst for the reaction was investigated and the structure and surface acidity of the particulate clay-supported AlCl3 were characterized by XRD,TG-DTA,BET and FT-IR techniques.It was showed that preparation conditions were of significance to the structure and activity of the modified particulate clay such as the loading amount of AlCl3 and the temperature of activation.
