摘要:目的 研究红丝线 (Lycianthesbiflora)的化学成分。方法 应用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,用IR ,MS ,1 HNMR ,1 3CNMR和各种 2D NMR技术鉴定化合物的结构 ,并进行初步的药理实验。结果 从红丝线分得 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为biflorideA ( 1) ,N trans cinnamoyltyramine ( 2 ) ,liquiritigenin ( 3 ) ,N trans p coumaroyloctopamine ( 4 ) ,1 O β D glucopyranosyl 2 N 2′ hydroxypalmitoyl sphinga 4 trans 8 trans dienine ( 5 )。结论  1,2为新化合物 ,2对P 3 88白血病细胞有一定抑制作用 。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Lycianthes biflora . METHODS Column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents. IR, MS, 1HNMR , 13 CNMR and 2D NMR technique were used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from this plant. Their structures were identified to be bifloride A (1), N trans cinnamoyltyramine (2), liquiritigenin (3), N trans p coumaroyloctopamine (4), 1 O β D glucopyranosyl 2 N 2′ hydroxypalmitoyl sphinga 4 trans 8 trans dienine (5). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds, the others were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 2 showed inhibitory effects on P 388.
