摘要:甘氨酸生产过程中由于回收甲醇中溶解有大量的氨,致使氨基乙酸收率较低。在原有甲醇回收装置中增设解吸塔来除去其中的游离氨,控制结晶体系的pH接近甘氨酸的等电点,从而可提高产品甘氨酸的收率。浙江新安化工集团股份有限公司6000t/a的甘氨酸生产装置采用此方案技术改造后,回收的甲醇中氨质量分数低于0.01%,实际甘氨酸产率增效达到8%,经济效益明显,同时生产环境也得到了改善。
The product yield of aminoacefic acid (glycine) was low because a large amount of ammonia dissolved in the methanol reclaimafion. The production yield of glycine was increased after the technical modification, which added a desorptive tower in the methanol recovery process and thus free ammonia in it was removed, and the pH of crystallizative system approximate to the isoelectrie point of glyeine controlled. The technical modification was adopted in 6 000 t/a glyeine production unit in Zhejiang Xin' an Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd.. The results indicated that the mass fraction of ammonia in methanol was below 0.01% after the technological modification, glyeine yield increased by 8%. The economic efficiency is obvious, while the production environment has been improved synchronously.
