摘要:利用NMR核磁共振技术对含氟双环内酯反应过程中的中间体及其产物进行了结构确定,为反应机理的研究提供了有力的依据。
The procedures in the chemical reaction involving fluorine-containing lactones
were studied using two dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. The struc-
tures of the reaction intermediates and products were determined by ~1H NMR, ^(13) C
NMR, DEPT, ~1H-~1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The NMR methods provide powerful
tools for studying the mechanism of chemical reactions involving fluorine-containing lac-
tones.
