摘要:NOVELTY - Fluorescent probe comprising self-assembly system of indole salt-substituted boron-dipyrromethene compounds (BODInD) (I) and boron-dipyrromethene in an amphoteric surfactant, is claimed. USE - The fluorescent probe is useful for: detecting endogenous hydrogen sulfide (claimed); detecting physiologic and pathological process in cells; and preparing fluorescent dye for detecting endogenous hydrogen sulfide. ADVANTAGE - The fluorescent probe: has better solubility due to the presence of amphiphilic surfactant; and has good selectivity and higher sensitivity to hydrogen sulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fluorescent probe comprising self-assembly system of indole salt-substituted boron-dipyrromethene compounds (BODInD) of formula (I) and boron-dipyrromethene in an amphoteric surfactant, is claimed. R1-R3 = alkyl; and R4 = alkyl, terminal alkyne or ester group. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of the fluorescent probe, comprising (a) carrying out cyclization, hydrolysis, decarboxylation and reduction of ethyl acyl-acetate sequentially to obtain alkylpyrrole, (b) carrying out acylation of benzoyl chloride, and condensing with pyrrole to obtain benzoyl-chloropyrrole, (c) reacting alkylpyrrole with benzoyl-chloropyrrole and boron trifluoride to obtain substituted boron-dipyrromethene, (d) reacting substituted boron-dipyrromethene with aldehyde, and carrying out condensation of obtained compound with indole salt to obtain (I), and (e) mixing (I) and boron-dipyrromethene in an aqueous solution of the amphoteric surfactant to obtain final product; (2) (I) for detecting endogenous hydrogen sulfide; and (3) preparation of (I), comprising repeating the steps (a)-(d).
