摘要：为响应教育部深化“一站式”学生社区建设的要求,针对当前高校学风建设中学生参与度不足、育人体系碎片化等问题,本文基于学习共同体理论,探索构建以学生主体性为核心的导学型学风建设新模式。提出“一心双基三圈层”的系统框架,以激发学生内生动力为核心,以搭建学习共同体和健全朋辈互助机制为两大基础,进而形成自主管理、精准导学、生态共育递进式实践圈层,为高校深化学风建设、推进“三全育人”提供实践参考。
In response to the Ministry of Education's requirement to deepen the construction of“one-stop”student communities,and in view of the current problems in the construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities-such as insufficient student participation and fragmented educational system-this paper,based on the learning community theory,explores the construction of a student-centered,guided learning model.It proposes a systematic framework of“One Core,Two Basics,and Three Circles”,which focuses on stimulating students'internal motivation,with the two foundations being the establishment of learning communities and the improvement of peer support mechanisms.This leads to the formation of progressive practice layers consisting of self-management,precise academic guidance,and an ecological educational environment.The framework aims to provide practical references for colleges and universities to deepen academic atmosphere development and advance the“Three-Wide Education”concept.
