摘要：巨变的商业环境中,传统的灌输式教育已经无法培养出适应时代变化的MBA学员,以行动学习为核心的"三位一体"创新型培养模式成为了克服这一弊端的良药。作为全新型培养模式的催化剂,教师应当摒弃填鸭式授课方法,完成向"过程专家"、"知识专家"和"学习教练"这三个角色的转换。本文从行动学习的核心理念出发,结合"三位一体"培养模式,详细阐述了教师角色是如何转变的及其所应当发挥的职能。
In the changing business environment, the traditional indoctrination education has been unable to train MBAs to adapt to changing times, and the ＂Trinity＂ of innovative education model whose core is action learning has become a medicine to overcome this shortcoming. As the catalyst of the brand-new mode, teacher should abandon the spoon-feeding means and complete the conversion of the three teacher＇s roles of the ＂Process Expert＂. ＂Knowledge Expert＂ and ＂ Learning Coach＂. This paper elaborate how the three roles functioned with the beginning of the core concept of action learning which combined with the ＂Trinity＂ education mode.
