摘要：共享发展是对马克思主义发展观的融合与创新,对中国城市人居环境治理具有重要的指引作用。城市人居环境的可持续发展是现代城市建设与环境治理的核心目标。在分析城市人居环境内涵及其可持续发展的基础上,从生态环境、人造环境和社会经济环境三个层面构建人居环境评价指标体系和评价模型,利用南京市2006—2015年的统计数据,对其人居环境发展质量进行综合评价。研究发现,南京市人居环境发展表现出明显的三个特征:一是"缓慢平稳"发展,二是"快速非均衡"发展,三是"先抑后扬"发展。为此,提出了优化南京市人居环境的对策。
Sharing development is the key goal of the modem city construction and environmental governance. In addition, it is the integration and innovation of Marxism development view. To run China urban human settlements environment is of important guidance value. Basing on analysis of the human settlements of city and the concept of sustainable development, from the ecological environment, man-made environment, social and economic environment three aspects to construct Nanjing human settlements sustainable development evaluation index system and evaluation model. Nanjing human settlements developmental trend is evaluated comprehensively by using 2006-2015 year statistical date of Nanjing. The development course of human settlements can see three obvious characteristics in this study： Slow and stable development; rapid but unbalanced development; falls then raises development. Therefore, the paper puts forward the concrete measures to optimize human settlements of Nanjing City.
