摘要：NOVELTY - A Pichia pastoris expression vector comprising a promoter sequence, i.e. formaldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (FLD1) promoter, is new. USE - The P. pastoris expression vector is useful for expressing and producing the external source protein. The P. pastoris expression vector system is useful for expressing or producing a medicament or food (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a method for preparing P. pastoris expression vector; and (2) a P. pastoris expression vector system comprising the vector above, and an expression induction object referring to innoxious nitrogen source component.
