摘要:NOVELTY - A hollow multi-layer core-shell material comprises magnetic ferrite compound shell, conductive polymer shell and magnetic oxygen iron compound, with mass ratio of 1.15-5.67:1-2.27:0.645-3.01 or 1.15-5.67:1:0 or 0.44:1.43:0:1. The iron compound is iron oxide (Fe3O4), or doped with lanthanum series rare earth; and the conductive polymer is polypyrrole. USE - Hollow multi-layer core-shell material. ADVANTAGE - The material has small density, good dispersibility, uniform structure, good absorption performance at low addition amount provided with simple process, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of multilayers core-shell material comprising adding acetate solution into anionic surfactant of mechanical stirring, condensing under protection of nitrogen, adding glass micro-balloon, dispersing, emulsifying, and increasing temperature to 75-80 degrees C; and mixing chloride hydrate and precursor solution of heptahydrate ferrous sulfate at ratio of 1.75-2: 1, with iron ion concentration of 0.27-1.08 mol/L, and mol ratio of iron Fe2+:Fe3+, adding precursor solution and ammonia water, cooling to room temperature, processing flotation and magnetic field separation, washing and drying to obtain hollow micro-bead S ferrite material powder, with mass ratio of glass micro-bead, hexahydrate ferric chloride, and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate of 1.15-4.34:1.75-2.00: 1.
