摘要:运用FT-IR光谱和紫外分光光谱测定了吡啶在丝光沸石异构化催化剂表面的B酸和L酸中心上特征吸收峰的吸光系数: εL=2.010±0.133cm^2/μmol; εB=0.279±0.012cm^2/μmol。求取了几种部分脱铝丝光沸石样品的表面酸分布。并用吡啶的吸附重量法实验结果验证了所建立的测试方法的可靠性。讨论了铵型丝光沸石脱铵过程中结构羟基的形成情况,并用吡啶、六氢吡啶作探针,研究了羟基的性质。实验结果表明丝光沸石主孔道中结构羟基是沸石上质子酸中心的主要供体。
The molecular extinction coefficients of the characteristic absorption band of pyridine on mordenite surface were obtained by FT-IR spectroscopy. Ultraviolet spectroscopy was used to measure the total amount of adsorbed pyridine on mordenite. The values areε~L=2.010+0.133cm^2/μmol for Lewis acid site,ε~B=0.279+0.012cm^2/μmol for Bronsted acid site.The surface acid sites on mordenites have thus been measured. The reliability of this method was verified by the adsorption gravimetry of pyridine. The formation of hydroxyl groups by dealumination of an ammonium mordenite was discussed, and the nature of hydroxyl groups was investigated by adsorption using pyridine or piperidine as a probe. It is shown that Bronsted acid sites are mainly formed from the hydroxyl groups in the main channels of mordenite.
