摘要:卟啉具有四吡咯大环结构,在医药、催化和太阳能电池等多个领域被广泛应用.改变其大环母体可设计多种异卟啉,从而实现更加独特的结构与突出的性能.近年来本课题组合成了系列新型异卟啉单体与二聚体,实现了异卟啉化合物的特色大环转化、功能化与性能调控,为进一步设计、合成结构新颖、性能优异的异卟啉化合物提供了新的思路.本文在介绍异卟啉研究的重要性与合成策略基础上,重点综述了本课题组在线型多吡咯烯、卟啰啉和含错位吡咯单元的新型扩展卟啉等领域的研究进展.
With macrocyclic tetrapyrrole structures,porphyrins are potentially applicable in various fields including pharmaceuticals,catalysis,and solar cells.By changing the macrocyclic frameworks,a variety of porphyrinoids can be developed to achieve more unique structures and outstanding properties.Based on the introduction of the importance and synthetic approaches for porphyrinoids,this review focused on introducing the related researches in our group on linear oligopyrrins,phlorins,and expanded porphyrins containing N-confused pyrroles.On the basis of the oxidative cyclization of elaborately designed precursors in combination with the activation effect of N-confused pyrroles,metal coordination induced modulation,as well as regioselective reactivity of expanded porphyrins,a series of novel porphyrinoid monomers and dimers have been successfully synthesized in our group,and unique macrocyclic transformation,functionalization and modulation of the properties of the porphyrinoids have been achieved.The results provide approaches for further design and syntheses of porphyrinoids with novel structures and excellent properties.
