摘要:我国是抗生素类药物生产大国,每年生产超过70种抗生素,占全球生产总量的20%~30%。与此同时,每年产生近千万吨含有少量抗生素及其相关代谢产物的固体废物。因为存在于菌渣中的残留抗生素进入环境后可以促进耐药细菌的发生和传播,所以已被定义为“危险废物”。但是,由于缺乏合理、有效、成熟的技术和工艺条件,我国几乎所有的抗生素发酵企业均在不做任何处理的情况下,将其简单地作为饲料或肥料供农村使用。本文简要地阐述了当今抗生素废渣的现状和一些处理的研究进展,并提出了一些合理处置的建议。
During recent two decades, China has become a largest antibiotics manufacture country in the world and in 2010 produced about 70 categories and 200 thousand tons which comprised 20%-30% of the world yield. Simultaneously, about ten million tons of solid wastes are produced during the manufacture process, which has been defined as "dangerous wastes" in some relative regulations declared in our country. The reason why define these wastes as "dangerous wastes" because minor antibiotics and related metabolites left over and it will be able to develop and spread the resistant bacteria if these untreated wastes are used as feeds or fertilizers. But so far, these "dangerous wastes" are mostly being used as fertilizers or feeds without any processing in our country because of lacking the reasonable, effective and mature technology. Up to now, though only a few studies have focused on the treatment of antibiotic biowaste, such as anaerobic digestion or composting, lots of researches have concentrated on the effective of anaerobic digestion on antibiotic wastewater, which suggested that anaerobic digestion is a potential alternative for recovery of biomass resource and degradation of antibiotic in antibiotic biowaste. This paper briefly reviewed current situation and advance for the treatment of these "dangerous wastes" and proposed some reasonable suggestions.
