摘要:考察了不同制备方法得到的α-Al2O3载体对CO催化偶联制草酸二甲酯反应的影响,研究了致孔剂和胶溶剂对载体的影响以及氧化铝孔结构对催化剂分散度和活性的影响。结果表明,胶溶剂和致孔剂的加入只改变载体的孔结构而不影响其成分和晶相,孔结构不同的载体上Pd的分散度相同。孔结构对催化剂活性影响研究表明,催化剂活性随载体比表面积和孔径为0~11nm的孔体积分数的增加而提高,孔容对催化剂活性影响则不大。
A series of Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts for CO coupling reaction were prepared with α-Al2O3 made from different methods. The effect of pore-foaming agent and peptizer on the support and the effect of alumina pore structure on the dispersion and activity of catalysts were studied. The results showed that adding pere-foaming agent and peptizer didn't affect the composition and crystal phase of support but changed its pore structure. Pd dispersions on the supports of different pore structure were the same. It was also found that with the increase of the surface area of support and the volume fraction of the pores with the pore diameter between 0 and 11 nm, the catalytic activity increased, while pore volume didn't affect the activity obviously.
