摘要:本文介绍基于点击化学手段合成一系列三氮唑类糖脂,评价了抗生素单独及其与糖脂联合抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的效果,发现特定结构的糖脂具有一定的协同抗生素增效抗菌作用。进一步评价了单独糖脂化合物及其混合物抑制多发性骨髓瘤细胞增殖的效果,发现特定结构的糖脂混合物具备特异性抑制多发性骨髓瘤细胞增殖的协同效应。
The paper introduces the synthesis of a series of triazolyl glycolipids based on click chemistry method, evaluated the effects of antibiotics alone and used in combination with glycolipids against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). It was found that specific glycolipids had certain synergistic antibacterial synergistic effects. Furthermore, the effects of individual glycolipid compounds and their mixtures on suppression of the proliferation of multiple myeloma cells were evaluated. It was found that specific glycolipids mixture had synergistic effects on the specific suppression of the proliferation of multiple myeloma cells.
