DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-microspheres comprising dissolving rapamycin and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-dendritic-poly-L-lactide in inner phase solvent as oil phase; carrying out dialysis treatment with outer phase solvent; evaporating solvent to get drug-loaded micelle solution; and separating micelles precipitate.
