摘要:NOVELTY - Rapamycin sustained-release nano-microspheres comprise linear-dendritic polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-dendritic-poly-L-lactide. USE - Rapamycin sustained-release nano-microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The microspheres have maximum drug carrying capacity of 45%, encapsulation rate of more than 75%, long-acting sustained release characteristic, and less toxic and side effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-microspheres comprising dissolving rapamycin and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-dendritic-poly-L-lactide in inner phase solvent as oil phase; carrying out dialysis treatment with outer phase solvent; evaporating solvent to get drug-loaded micelle solution; and separating micelles precipitate.
